House is fully furnished and all belongings are made available for use from the Tenant, from towels, linens, to incidentals in bathroom. Tenant is responsible for any consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body bath, and all food items in kitchen. Pictures are taken on the day of occupancy and are mutually viewed as evidence of items located in apartment. Pictures will be used as baseline for refund of deposit and a shared google photos folder is made. Term can be 3m-12m.
