The cabin is situated next to a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. Downtown Eden is just a stone's throw away, offering local eateries, shops, and more. Duration: The lease term is for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer terms are available. Monthly Rent: The monthly rent for the property is $995. $150 fee for electricity, and high-speed internet. Payment is due on the first of each month. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $995 and is required upon signing the lease. This will be returned at the end of the lease term, minus any deductions for repairs or unpaid rent.
