The loft configuration maximizes space, giving it an airy feel without compromising on coziness. Step out onto the private deck each morning to be greeted by panoramic views of Snowbasin, setting the tone for a day of exploration or relaxation. The cabin is situated next to a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. Downtown Eden is just a stone's throw away, offering local eateries, shops, and more. Duration: The lease term is for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer terms are available. Monthly Rent: The monthly rent for the property is $995. $150 fee for electricity, and high-speed internet. Payment is due on the first of each month. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $995 and is required upon signing the lease. This will be returned at the end of the lease term, minus any deductions for repairs or unpaid rent. Utilities $150: Water, electricity, and high-speed internet are $150 per month and are not included in the rent. Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the property. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired at the tenant's expense.
