Tenants pay electric only, heat is electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. This is a renovated, 24 unit, brick building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer! The bus runs up and down the street as well as across Terrace Street, which is 100 feet from 205. If you go down the street you can get right onto Fifth Avenue taking you downtown, over to the South Side, or right onto the parkway. Each unit has one assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor.
