Prices range from 850/month for our middle units to 950/month for an upstairs end unit. Just ask to see which ones we have available. All of our apartments are charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath and located literally within walking distance of the main drag of Monroeville, yet in a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment comes with central heat, central air and a dishwasher. Refrigerator and oven/range also included. We do allow cats, up to two per apartment, with additional deposit. Dogs are not allowed. Additionally, we are sensitive to people who cannot be around dogs, for one reason or another. No dogs are allowed, so we are a safe-space for people who are afraid of dogs and can certify that every apartments has been dog-free for those who are allergic. We are self-managed and have simple requirements. We require credit score of 650 and a background check. The price for the unit is shown above, plus electric. All other utilities are included. We offer a one year lease, only. We have an online application and if you are approved, we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent and payment of the first month's rent, both at lease signing. We do not have an on-site office, so call, text or Facebook Messenger us for an appointment. To come see it, just contact our main number and schedule with our property manager, Lorri. The number is in the pictures and you can call or send a text to that number and she will respond and schedule with you. Texts are welcome anytime (24/7)! Renter is responsible for electric.
