Requirements: Felony/OVI/DUI and Misdemeanor convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in light of mitigating factors, such as the person's age at the time a crime was committed, evidence of good behavior since the crime was committed, and how long ago the conviction occurred No recent charge offs/collections No utilities in collections Not a sex offender If no previous landlord reference, you will ask to have a co-signer Monthly income 3x monthly rent amount Owner pays trash collection & water.
