This two-bedroom apartment is a lower unit and features a spacious living room and kitchen. Appliances include a stove and fridge. Water and sewer and trash is included. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Lawn care and snow clearing of the driveway are included. All tenants share the responsibility of snow clearing the sidewalks/walkways. Parking is limited to ONE VEHICLE per apartment, no exceptions, permit required. Pets: Up to 2 allowed (Cats Only). $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.
