This apartment is the lower level of a duplex. From the front door you enter inter the living room. The kitchen and living room are one large space. Off the living room are both bedroom. To get to the bathroom you must go through one of the bedroom. Real wood panels inside. Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays electric and gas (Average $127). Each apartment has its own thermostat, furnace and water heater. Back entrance to the north off kitchen The garage can be rented for an additional $50/month. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
