This top floor condo (IS NOT FURNISHED) and is located in the Snow Country Condominiums located at 1150 Deer Valley Drive It is adjacent to the City Park and within walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and just steps to the free shuttle on Park Avenue which runs every 20 minutes year round to all ski resorts and Old Main Street. It also has one dedicated parking spot. We are looking for professionals with no more that two adults and one or two young children who are willing to sign a minimum one year lease. Rent is $2,500 a month with first and last month rent plus a $2,500 security deposit due at the signing of a one or more year lease. The security deposit will be refunded with the fulfilling of the contract and finding the condo in good shape. Owners pays for water, basic cable and internet. Renter pays for gas and electric. First and last month rent plus the security deposit is due at signing. One year minimum lease period. We are looking for a professional, non-smoking couple with no pets and no more than two children.
