It comes unfurnished except for the countertop oven, fridge, and hotplate. There's off-street parking for ONE CAR ONLY and no other parking available, anywhere. Steep driveway so studded or snow tires a must in the winter. This place is for the hardy soul; you will trudge through snow in the middle of winter if you don't feel like shoveling your walkway. $1200/mo includes all utilities and WiFi.
