This second floor 2 bedroom is a must see! Step into this unit through your private entrance which has a small storage area great for jackets and shoes before going upstairs. Inside the unit you will find 2 large bedrooms, both with great closet space. Head down the hallway to find the bathroom with a full sized clawfoot tub and plenty of space for a small shelf if you need to store some extra towels! The kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and a separate dining space that can be used for a nice sit down meal or as an extra prep space when cooking! The living room is a decent size and has a huge storage closet attached. As if you didn't have enough storage there is attic access which can also be used as storage! There is coin-op laundry at this building. No smoking. 1 cat or a small dog negotiable. Vet records and references are required and if it's a dog we must meet the dog. ONE parking spot.
