The Mechanic Street Apartments offers 3 floor plans, consisting of 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedroom apartments. We have laundry facilities with updated machines in each building. Amenities included in monthly rent: -Hot water -Water & Sewer -Off street parking -Snow Removal -Trash Removal -Landscaping -24/7 Maintenance We are a cat & dog friendly community. A limit of 2 pets per apartment. $40 fee for cats and $60 fee for dogs. Owner pays for hot water & sewer. Tenant is responsible for gas & electric. No smoking allowed.
