Other essentials included are a coffee bar, an assortment of novels, family friendly games and bathroom toiletries - all stocked initially at move in but are required to be restocked afterwards by the tenant. There is one designated parking spot in the back of the property, as well as the option for a guest pass for street parking during the Summer months. The location is extremely walkable to all of downtown Newport and a quick commute from the Naval Base, Newport Hospital and so much more. Rent includes all utilities up to a capped rate and WiFi. All utilities are included up to a capped amount. WiFi is also included in rent. NO smoking is permitted. There is one designated parking space off of the street located in a parking lot in the back of the property. There is also the option of requesting a guest pass for street parking during the Summer months.
