Comfortable Living: Our charming abode offers 782 square feet of comfort and privacy. Meticulously designed with an open and minimalist layout, maximizing natural light and minimizing clutter. Features laminate hardwood floors, a luxurious queen-size bed, and a cozy sofa with a queen-size pull-out option. A dining table with chairs/bench and a convenient shower/bathtub for your relaxation. Amenities and Extra Touches: Comfortable queen-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa with fresh bedding. Well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer storage. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Versatile table and chairs for work or dining. WiFi access to stay connected. Clean towels and linens provided. Hairdryer, Keurig coffee machine, and a smart TV (no cable) for your convenience and entertainment. Iron and ironing board available for your use. Ample storage options, including closets and hooks with hangers. We observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful stay. Please note that it shares a wall with the neighboring duplex, similar to shared spaces like condos. Occasional sounds may be heard from the adjoining unit, and vice versa. No Pets No Smoking Prior to your move-in, we will send you information that includes the code to get into the apartment and everything else you might need to know along with our favorite Nashville highlights. Upon arrival, park in the gravel driveway and you entrance is the wooden door to your right (your passcode to get in will be with check-in info). *Noise* Noise levels for our family friendly neighborhood are consistently quiet. Ours is not an ideal spot for parties or late night loud music gatherings. *No Smoking* As an additional note, there is absolutely n-o smoking allowed anywhere on the property for any reason, at any time and this is non-negotiable for health related reasons for our family. If you are a smoker, please select another property with our best wishes. This include e-cigarettes and vaping devices. *Dishwashing Please place and start dishwasher before your departure. Include all dirty dishes. *Cleanliness* To maintain cleanliness, we recommend to leave shoes at the door. The apartment is kept very clean (mostly due to both owners being self-professed clean freaks! We are that couple who scours the airbnb posts and reviews when we travel finding those who mention the cleanliness of the spot!:) Having said that, if hanging your towels on the bathroom door as you prepare to depart or not leaving sticky messes on the dining room table sound painful to you, this probably won't be the best place for you to stay.
