The home has central heat and air, but we have included two window units to help with Tennessee summers. The second bedroom has a fold out bed, desk, tv and small closet. The full size kitchen has everything you need including a table and chairs and small sitting area. Tenants will not have access to the backyard, but will have full access to the front porch and front yard. This home does not have a washer/dryer. We love our Cleveland Park neighborhood and the walkable street, local coffee houses and beautiful park with walking trails. Small pet negotiable with $50/month fee. We are looking for one resident tenant. Lease term 30 days to 6 months with the option to renew. Application fee is $55; Credit reporting fee is $30; Lease admin fee is $100.
