This town house is approximately 1380 sq. ft. and has 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. The inside has granite countertops, fridge, microwave, gas strove, and dishwasher. Assessed One-Time Fees: Application Fee Per Applicant: $40.00 (please note everyone over the age of 18 that will occupy the home must complete an application) Lease Administration & Closing Fee: $150.00. $300 is non-refundable from each security deposit. $200 is non-refundable from each pet deposit per pet.
