2 Langdon #1A - -Water/sewer charge of $30/mo. per resident -Double occupancy fee of $50/mo. for each additional resident over the number of bedrooms. -Earnest money equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due with the applications. -Security deposit equal to 1/12th (1 month) of the total annual rent due on or before the first day of the lease. -To secure an apartment for your group, we need all applications and all earnest money. -The earnest money will be applied towards the balance due on the first day of the lease (first months rent + security deposit).
