Hello All, I have a spacious 2 bed 1 bath apartment on 2nd floor with own private entrance with a large backyard and minutes from downtown. The apartment offers a sun porch,hardwood floors throughout. Also has a double livingroom with built in wall to ceiling cabinets in the dining/livingroom. One of the bedrooms has a walk in cedar closet that is absolutely gorgeous. All of the trim and walls have been repainted with in the last year and the appliances have all been replaced with in the last year also. The monthly rent is $1600.00 per month and there is (NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED). No utilities are included and heat and hot water are oil.The apartment is located near Providence College and located on a dead end street with 1 off street parking spot. If you will need additional parking you will need to get a on street parking pass from the city of Providence. There will be an application process with a credit/criminal background check and reference checks that will require a $50 application fee for 1st adult and a $25 fee for anyone over 18 that will be living in the apartment. Once approved there will be a lease signing and at that time the 1st month's rent of $1600 and $1600 security deposit will be required to move in. The apartment will be available on 11/1.
