Our community is very beautiful with many trees around each building, and our condo is in the center of the community so it is very quiet although the community is connected directly to Redmond Way. The location is close to freeway 405 and 520. Only 5 minutes drive to Microsoft campus and downtown Redmond, 8 minutes drive to downtown Kirkland, and 10 minutes drive to downtown Bellevue. It is on the second floor so you will have bright light in every room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a bonus room which can serve as an additional bedroom. There is another bonus room which can be used as a study room/space. Perfect unit for a family of 3 or 4 members. Spacious storage spaces. Huge window connecting the living room with the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery and have BBQ when the weather is good. One covered parking spot and plenty of additional parking spots just next to the unit. Water and sewer are already included so you only have to pay your electricity bill. Available now.
