This community provides tree-lined streets with convenience to the LYNX light rail, shopping, hot restaurants, entertainment, and neighborhood parks. Currently only offering 6-month leases that automatically renew month-month with no additional charge. We require a $75 application fee per lease holder, $175 administration fee, $300 security deposit. Animals are allowed up to two as long as they equal 100 pounds or less while breed restrictions apply. We require a $300 animal fee per animal and no monthly rent. Tours are welcomed Monday-Friday from 9a-4:30p, and Saturday from 10a-3:30p. Feel free to drop by the leasing office located at 215 Poindexter Dr. Currently only offering 6-month leases that you may renew at the end. If not, you automatically renew month-month leasing with no additional charge.
