This is a beautiful first floor apartment in a 2 story house. The apartment has two beds (one cane be removed if you don't need it). The apartment is fully furnished. You have heating floor in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also you have your own kitchen, storage room, living area and a bedroom. If you are interested in a indoor garage spot, you can rent it for extra cost. WiFi and all utilities are already included in the monthly rent so you just pay flat fee. We offer short term leases too. 3 months rent contract - $2000 6 months rent contract - $1900 12 months contract - $1800 Monthly rent for an inside car garage spot - $100. You can also use parking outside by the house for free. Pets are okay. 1 pet only. Ideally we are looking for 1-2 people in the apartment. First and last month rent are required. Deposit for any potential damages is only $500 and you get it back by the end of the contract. See less
