This is a shared property with 2 private bedrooms available for rent. The amenities are shared such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It is outfitted with luxurious linens, pillows, and comforters. The bedroom is intended to be a peaceful haven, with a comfortable lounging space, huge windows with blackout curtains, and storage solutions to keep personal stuff tidy and hidden. THIS PROPERTY IS INTENDED FOR WOWEN-ONLY TRAVELER PROFESSIONALS. Strictly no Wisconsin residents accepted. Here are some important reminders of the property house rules: No food or eating in bedrooms. No smoking in the bedrooms. Early check-in and late checkout will have an additional $50.00 plus taxes and fees. NO MAIL SHOULD BE SENT TO THE PROPERTY ADDRESS for packages except food delivery. Place the keys back into the box once opening the door. The key is left for other guests to use. Don't put them in your pocket or take them into the units. When using the front door make sure the dots are pulled until securely locked. To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we have set a maximum occupancy of 2 guests per room. This allows us to provide the best service and amenities to all our guests. Please note that the availability of the garage is not guaranteed and is subject to the number of guests checked in at any given time. We will do our best to accommodate as many vehicles as possible, but during peak periods, there may be limited space. Street parking will be the alternative option. All guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances, smoking restrictions, and any other applicable rules. We strive to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment. We kindly request that all guests respect the privacy and property of others staying at the property. Please refrain from entering or using any areas or belongings that are not assigned to you. The property will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during your stay. Please take care of your personal belongings and secure them appropriately. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuable items.
