1 Bedroom 1 Bath Garage apartment. Located on a 10 acre farm just outside Norman. Acreage is fenced and setup with barns and pens for farm animals but currently the only animals are 1 bee hive, we can talk about keeping farm animals if you are interested in that. Has fenced backyard, washer and dryer downstairs. The garage downstairs is being used for storage right now. The landlord lives in the house on the same property. Lease will be on a month to month basis. Since I will be living on the same property I want someone who is easy to get along with and trustworthy. Renter will pay electric which is on a separate meter from the house. Property has a water well and septic system. So the only utilities are electric, trash, and any cable or internet (if you want).
