The Legacy Senior Residences of Ada; our community provides housing for seniors who earn less than 60% of the area median income. The Legacy is an independent living community for adults 62+ designed with accessibility and ease of use for its residents. The Legacy features one and two-bedroom apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens, including full size washer/dryer provided in each apartment! Free utilities are included, with the exception of phone, cable and internet. The building includes elevators, wide hallways for easy access, handrails in the common areas and in all bathrooms, controlled access entry with intercom, individual apartment security systems, and a storm shelter. There are many common areas where residents can visit and enjoy the company of neighbors. For those that relish the outdoors there is a covered patio and seating area.
