The property's improvements have since been focused on the exterior with the most notable improvement being the addition of a brand new asphalt driveway. While this is technically a three bedroom house, it is most often used as a two bedroom because one of the bedrooms is very small. This small bedroom has previously been used as an office or nursery. The basement is open, dry, and offers ample storage space. If additional space is needed, space can be made available in the detached garage building for an additional charge. This rental has a fenced in backyard, ample off-street parking, and is pet negotiable. Pets are approved on a case by case basis. Laundry is in the basement. **The first portion of the interior photos are from when the house was occupied and shows it with furniture. The furniture is not included. Landlord pays for water, sewer, landscaping, snow removal, and trash. Pets are approved on a case by case basis. If a pet is approved their is $50 per month pet fee.
