About us: We live in the 2 floors above the lower level unit. We have two children (5 and 2). They are out of the house during business hours during the week (school/daycare). They both sleep by 8p daily. My wife works from home full-time and I'm hybrid. We are reasonable people and try to be available and accommodating to our tenants. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances in an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and patio. Utilities included: Gigabit WiFi, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. 1 year lease preferable. Background check and credit check required. No pets. Date Available: Nov 1st 2023. $1,600/month rent. $1,600 security deposit required. Advertised price includes an additional fee for private parking. If that is not necessary, monthly rent is $1600/mo.
