Each applicant must pay a $45 non-refundable screening fee in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Screening includes: -Verifying the information provided on the Rental Application. -Confirming income to verify that the household income is at least three times the rent and utilities. -Contacting present and previous landlords for rental history. -Obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency to verify a 660 or higher credit score. -Reviewing public records including criminal, court, and sex offender records. -Contacting Prior Landlords / Checking references.
