The walk-up unit is #PH4 and is on the third level, where there are only 4 units, all with beautiful views. The building is historical with lots of personality. It's more similar to a boutique hotel than a large apartment building. It's in downtown Astoria and totally walkable to everything including our famous Sunday Market only two blocks away. There is shared washer/dryers on the 2nd floor that use both quarters and the mobile app SHINE PAY. There is parking on the street or available spots in the garage below the building for an extra $100 per month. The rent for the unit is $1,250 plus a $1,300 deposit fee. Utilities are included in the rent. It's a one-bedroom unit, approximately 725 square feet.
