Thank you for your interest in our listing! The apartment is a newly renovated two-bedroom one-bath unit. The kitchen is hickory with a corner mount sink and full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove. There is a rear porch and parking for one car (off-street) The heating is electric, and there is laundry in the unit. The bathroom is all new with a tiled bath and full-size vanity, a linen closet, and an exhaust fan. The living room is vaulted with a ceiling fan. All carpet and flooring are new and in perfect condition. The tenant pays for electricity and gas. All other utilities are provided. We are searching for a tenant who is available to move in November 15th, has no pets, no smoking, and can meet the financial requirements of 600+ Credit, full-time employment, and earning 3x the monthly rent. We typically look for applicants with these criteria and some savings. If you are interested in going forward, we will arrange a showing and offer you an application and request for a credit check. We can run your credit and review the application. If accepted, we would require one month's security and the 1st month's rent prior to moving in. CALL to schedule a showing.
