This furnished apartment comes with a great view of the city, it is walking distance to the essentials like our favorite Italian restaurant Cafe Toscana, and has in-unit laundry. In addition, there is attached parking and it is right next to the Kirby Center for performing arts. Month-to-month option is also available upon request. Price can be negotiated Owner pays for electric, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and heating & cooling. Tenant responsible for cable if they choose to use cable. Term: Lease terms negotiable, including MTM Upon signing, first month and security are due. There is no smoking allowed on site. Tenant must bring bagged garbage to the end of the hall and dispose into the common garbage bin. Remain respectful of other tenants.
