Short walk from historic town center. Original hardwood flooring, stainless high-end European appliances, stone countertops, huge closets & lots of natural light are just few of the touches that will make your stay special. Stackable washer & dryer. Off street parking. Bus to Burlington across street. 1 mile from hospital & UVM. This house was a single-family home built in 1921, which I converted into two living spaces in 2015. At that time I restored and upgraded much of the house, keeping the original wood flooring, built-ins, charming stained glass windows, etc. and updating the appliances, kitchens, and bathrooms. Friends have said it's like a charming artists cottage with a view. This is the third time I am renting out my personal living space - the two other times I received 5 star reviews on Airbnb. The apartment I created downstairs has received 28 five-star (4.9 star) reviews from my airbnb guests. You will have full access to my apartment, front and backyard and driveway. On and off street parking. Fully furnished rental for October 29, 2023 - April 14, 2024 (some wiggle room) Absolutely NO smoking or pets. Seeking extremely quiet and clean renter or couple. Cleaning service will service apartment every month. I pay for trash removal.
