Freshly painted 2 bedroom and one bathroom both located upstairs. Downstairs there is a living room a full kitchen with appliances included and a dining room. There is a basement where the washer and dryer are located and also provided. We have a nice back yard that is fully fenced. There is also a nice front porch to sit out and relax on and drink your morning coffee or tea or just to have plain old conversation. Renter pays all utilities except for garbage. The water bill will remain in landlords name and tenant will be given a monthly bill to be paid on time or the tenant will be responsible for late fees. We do not accept any Section 8 or HUD. First, last, and security deposit required. If you have a pet a non refundable pet fee will be applied. I would need to know what kind of pet with a picture to see if I will allow into the home.
