This is a newly refurbished and fully furnished unit for extended stay rentals of one month or longer. Price includes all utilities, flat screen television, high speed internet, Apple TV, bedding, linens and home utensils. All you need to bring is your suitcases, go out to buy your food and you are set up to explore your new home. The second bedroom is set up to be used as an office or a second bedroom. Live in the neighborhood setting of John's Landing yet 10 minute drive into downtown Portland and close to OSHU clinics and hospital. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and parks. Steps away from the river with walking/biking paths and a wildlife preserve. This is an extended stay rental for a fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath unit. All utilities and wi-fi are included. The rental contract must be for a minimum of one month and paid in advance. This is a non smoking, no pets residence. There is $300 non refundable cleaning and move-in fee. There are 2 on-site reserved parking spaces, one of which is under cover.
