This condo style duplex is two stories with 1.5 baths. AMAZING Views from the backyard! Property has almost new clothes washer and dryer in the unit! Half a bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. Near plenty of stores/restaurants, near Fort Bliss, and Loop 375. Another highlight to this property is a newer refrigerated air / heating air conditioning system - we got it installed 2 years ago. It has its own parking with carport and a nice private fenced back yard. Unit A (Left Side of Duplex) PET FRIENDLY: Pets are ok. For cats and small dogs there is a non refundable one time fee of $150 and a monthly fee of $15. For larger dogs the fee may be a bit higher and depends on breed and the dogs temperament. The rent is $1,090 per month and the deposit is $1,000. We require a minimum of 600 credit score and a minimum household income of $3,000 per month. Electric and gas bill to be paid by tenant. Water bill cost will be split between both units. We are looking for tenants who have a steady and verifiable income and 600 Fico Score or higher. We do verify credit, income and do background checks. We cannot make exceptions to the credit and income requirements.
