The actual address is 211 Ohio Ave..not 201 Ohio ave. I can only change the address if I create another add. It is a 2 floors (duplex) 3 bedroom apartment with private entrance on the back of the house and part of a 3 apartment house . The front entrance is through the hallway of the house shared with 2 other apartments 1 dining room which could act as a 4th bedroom, with its own door separating it from the living room. Sliding doors lead to the outside deck from the dining room. Central gas heating and central AC (units inside the closet on the first floor). the 3 medium sized bedroms situated on the second floor do need window AC units as the AC Air return vent is on the first floor , and not on the second floor as it should have been. Dishwasher, gas stove and fridge included. Washer and dryer hook ups only. Tennant pays gas and electric and landlord pays water sewer and garbage. I prefer with no pets, but i am considering cats or small dogs only $50 per each pet. 2 parking spots outside of street parking. Property is on a quiet small dead end street. 10 by 15 feet storage area shared with one more apartment. $3000 security deposit required: credit, rental, and financial background check $4700 required before moving in Owner pays the water sewer garbage and lawn maintenance Tennant pays electric and gas.
