Nightly and weekly rates may vary based on season. - There is absolutely no smoking in or immediately in front of the units. A smoking area is provided in the parking lot. - The security deposit is a non refundable refurbishing fee. - $125 cleaning fee is required per stay and once per month for renewed monthly rentals.
