Located just minutes from the Portland State University campus, The Amy was designed with the student experience in mind. Unlike other student housing communities, we rent our apartments by the floor plan and not by the bed. The Amy offers furnished floor plans in a brand-new apartment community along with providing all utilities, including high-speed Internet, at no charge to you. Our floor plans are furnished with a Murphy bed and desk set for added convenience and comfort along with bicycle hooks for easy storage. The Amy also provides kitchenettes as well as several community kitchens to gather with neighbors. You'll also be sure to appreciate the four convenient key-fob accessed laundry facilities to make those weekend chores even more simple. The Amy is located in a well-designed, residential neighborhood known for attraction-packed Washington Park along with the Oregon Zoo, the serene Portland Japanese Garden, and the Rose Garden. You'll be steps away from the shuttle service to Portland Community College, Lewis and Clark College, and Oregon Health Sciences University. We're also located a short walk to the MAX Orange and Yellow lines. Pick up those grocery essentials at one of our nearby supermarkets, grab a latte at your choice of local coffee shops or venture into one of the nearby unique cafes.
