These apartment homes come equipped with a full size washer, dryer as well as an AC unit. We currently have two 1 bedroom apartment homes available! One 1st floor unit, and one 3rd floor unit. Rent starts at just $1,475 for an 8 month lease, or we also offer a month-to-month option for $1,599. The non-refundable applicant screening fee is $55 per adult. However, if the rental prospect returns with their application within 24 hours of their initial visit, then the fee(s) paid will be credited against the resident's first full month's rent. Qualified aid animals are allowed as may be required by ADA and Fair Housing Laws. A utility bill back to partially cover the ever-escalating costs for water & sewer and for garbage will be established. Residents in a one-bedroom pay $40, and in two-bedrooms pay $45; of this, $10 is for trash removal, and the remainder for water/sewer.
