There is free parking for 1 vehicle in the garage across the street. It's a mid-term rental only, no yearly option. It is available mid Oct. through end of Feb. There will be a cleaning fee, discussed with tenant, and based on number of months occupying unit. Preferred tenant will fall into the "good" credit score category or above, will generate 2x the rental rate, no current, dangerous or theft-related criminal history, no evictions, & can provide rental references. We reserve the right to deny locals who do not have proof of permanent housing. Utilities included, up to $150 for electric. No smoking. No pets.
