Use Peninsula Park as a landmark if you want to map the property before applying. Renter has full access to the well kept fenced yard and garden, and is invited to do as much or as little gardening as they'd like. Apartment also has its own little patio with two Adirondack chairs. Primary access to the apartment is from the front, through the secured garden gate, to a sliding glass door. Your upstairs neighbor (he's also the home owner) is a retired professional who keeps mostly to himself and travels frequently. If you take a one year lease, you'd be splitting the utilities with him, including wifi. Your part normally averages total 50 dollars per month. If you opt for a 3 month lease, your utilities will be included. Leases, rent and repairs are handled promptly by a property manager. The listed monthly rent is for a one year lease. A 3 month lease is available at 1800 per month (with utilities included. There is no application fee, however prospective applicants will be asked to submit to a background check through Smart Move by Transunion at a cost to applicant of 41.99.
