This beautifully decorated unit puts you right in the middle of it all. (*This unit has no ocean view!). Ideal for small families or groups of friends, this unit provides a king-size bed, a flat screen smart TV, a Keurig, air fryer and a kitchenette with a three-person dining area and hair dryer. The resort offers a ocean front pool, pool bar, snack bar, lazy river, indoor pool, indoor lazy river, indoor and out door kiddie pools, lap pool, gazebo restaurant, and latitudes bar & grill. Additionally, you will NOT have access to the following food and beverage outlets: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar and Restaurant, Tipsy Turtle Pool Bar, Shark Bites Grill, Havanna Coffee Bar/Starbucks, Sugar Shak, H2O Water Park, and all Banquet Meeting Facilities. PLEASE NOTE: We have no association with the resort or resort staff! We can only help with concerns regarding the room itself. Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the condo, especially on high-touch surfaces. To complete the application you would need to supply Palmetto Vacation Rentals with a Valid Photo ID, Social Security Card, and a Consent Form to Run the Criminal and Credit Checks. **Once Approved you will need to supply Palmetto Vacation Rentals with your *Most recent paystub or proof of income *1st months' Rent, Security Deposit in the amount of the 1st Months' Rent, Housekeeping Fee's, Processing Fee's, and Non-Refundable Protection Deposit due at lease signing.
