This turnkey MONTHLY, FURNISHED short term apartment includes: - Generous historic bedrooms each with closets, high ceilings, queen-sized beds, blackout curtains (for those working night shifts), dressers, sheets, pillows and blankets. - PETS are allowed on a case-by-case basis and for an extra deposit and monthly fee. Rent is paid monthly (first 4 weeks) then the number of weeks after having met the monthly minimum, directly deposited (account provided upon acceptance of lease).
