PET SCREENING: Click on that title and then scroll down to PET POLICIES. Under that title, find the link to petscreening.com and click on it and follow the directions to apply for each animal. ONLY one animal is allowed unless approved by owner. Find address of rental, click on picture and then click on APPLY button. You must fill in all blanks including the last TWO landlords, how many persons will be living in the unit and their birthdates. You must fill in how many pets will reside on the premises. The application fee is $75.00 and will include checking your credit; criminal background check; last two landlords and verification of employment. You must upload your driver's license and last TWO pay stubs that are the most current. If application is approved, you must pay the security deposit within 48 hours on line to hold the rental. A full month's rent will be required to be paid 5 days prior to move in unless lease states otherwise.
