Extremely close to campus/lecture halls. Unit has a good view and abundant natural sunlight. It is fully furnished with laminate flooring, slow closing cabinets (no need to worry about slamming), AC unit, space heater, WIFI, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kitchen sink garbage disposal, washer/dryer, and shower with tub. Comes with plenty of pantry space and a large clothing rack. The building is pet-friendly, completed with a second floor courtyard, two printers, 12th floor study lounge with conference rooms, hot tub, bbq grills, and a well-equipped gym with "HOIST" cable machines, dumbbells, bench, squat rack, treadmills, and a punching bag. The rent listed on the actual lease will be for $1795 per month, and upon signing the lease, I will venmo/cashapp you the difference in rent ($200 x 11 months = $2200) as the building has no system in place to separate the bill between two people.
