Small studio on five acres in Pleasant Hill, 10 minutes to Eugene or Springfield. Available beginning early November. Air conditioning included with cost increase for higher utilities. Studio is attached to my shop on a small working horse farm, and I live on site. I would really like to find someone who would like to reduce their rent by doing basic horse chores (feeding, cleaning, turn out). Must be very reliable, regular schedule, real horse experience, and have references. Month to month rent is $1200, 1500 deposit. No smoking inside or out, one pet considered with higher deposit. Can be partially furnished. If you are interested, please tell me about yourself and what you are looking for in a living situation. Good credit and references are required. Please ask more than if it's available, I will remove this when it is rented.
