While all units are free of steps, we do offer some handicap units too. The homes in this secure building have your major appliances that include range, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as mini blinds. Each unit also has it own washer and dryer! We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service and are managed by a local company (Luminest is in Chambersburg). The water, sewer, trash AND ELECTRIC are included in the monthly rental amount.
