One bedroom upper apartment. The apartment has four rooms. Living room, kitchen with newer appliances, bedroom and bathroom. There is a nice shower, but no tub. Newer carpet, newer replacement windows, off street parking, nice backyard with fire pit. Use of the washer and drying in the basement. We run both credit and criminal background checks on all applicants prior to entering into a lease agreement. The rent is $550/month plus $50/month for water and sewer charges. The gas and electric must go into the tenants name. The rent for this 1 bedroom upper unit is $550/month plus $50/month for water, sewer and garbage. The tenant also pays the gas for heat and hot water and electric for this unit. Utilities must be transferred within 3 days of signing the lease. All applicants are subject to both credit and criminal background checks prior to entering into a lease agreement. We charge $30. for these background checks.
