This is a small complex with only 7 units so we expect a tenant that will respect the other tenants as we have great people living here! Comes with stove, oven and window AC units. All electric. We pay water. Has 1 garage space and 1 storage closet. On site pay for using washer and dryer. Because of the parking space, we will probably only allow 1 car for this rental. We will need to verify this is all you will need. Make sure you qualify before asking to see the property Tenant is responsible for electric at this apartment. Gas and water are paid by the landlord. Tenant must be clean and respectful of other neighbors. No smoking in the building. Tenant must provide proof 3x amount of rent for income. No evictions, and must pass a background check. Must be clean inside and out and respect the neighbors. No pets, no smoking in the house. You must maintain renters insurance. Anyone that is living at the unit will have to be on lease and do a Zillow application.
