Credit application fee is due at the time of application submission. Pets: House broken dogs (up to 2 dogs) are considered on case-by-case scenario with a non-refundable fee of $350 due at the signing of lease. NO CATS. A $25 pet fee (per pet) will be applied to rent each month during the lease term.
