This first floor waterfront condo is located on Catabaw Island and comes with access to a 30 foot boat slip. This rental is for a short term, six-month rental agreement November through April. The rental comes with all appliances in the newly remodeled kitchen, and does have an in unit. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. The condo can come furnished if needed. Currently there is a king size bed, and two dressers in the bedroom. There is a leather pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and a dining room table. This is for a six month rental November through the end of April. Utilities stay in landlord's name renter is responsible for paying them. You will receive a copy of them when they arrive and are expected to pay them by the due dates. No pets allowed and also no smoking in the condo permitted.
