Blue Heaven Beach cottage is located on Ocean Front Avenue, one house away from the beach, with both a private walkway to beach and an off street City boardwalk access, making it easy to take a cup of coffee to watch the early morning sunrise or to run back to the house for lunch and a nap after playing on the beach. There are two queen bedrooms (master up and one down), and a two bedroom suite featuring bunk beds in one room and double in the second room. There's no busy street traffic here to concern yourself with as this beach cottage is on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue on Oceanfront Avenue, and only one house separates you from the dune to the beach. Pets allowed with pet fee, all utilities included. Dogs allowed with pet fee. All utilities included in rent. Wi-Fi and cable included. Will consider any term from Oct 2023 through April 2024. References required. No smoking. Three car parking off street at the property.
